IRVINE and Dreghorn Band (IDB) has delighted audiences after staging a free concert for everyone to enjoy.

The event, which took place in Irvine Old Parish Church Hall on Sunday, March 6, also featured the less experienced brasslets band, and comes ahead of IDB's trip to the Scottish Championships on Saturday, March 12.

The annual band awards were announced and the lucky winners received their trophies. The band was also happy to welcome Deacon Andy Clift to the concert. He made a presentation of £250 on behalf of Irvine Incorporated Trades.
