Purcell School announces another free Brass Experience
Following its successful launch earlier this year, the Purcell School, the UK’s oldest specialist music school, has announced another Purcell Brass Experience for young brass players which will take place at the school in Bushey, Hertfordshire on Sunday 14 June from 2-5pm.
This free afternoon of ensemble coaching, master classes and performance workshops is open to brass players in school years 5-12 playing at approximately Grade 3-8+.
Led by specialist tutors from The Purcell School, the programme offers young musicians the opportunity to develop their playing, build confidence and meet other enthusiastic brass players in a supportive and inspiring environment.
The comprehensive session includes specialised instruction in trumpet, horn, trombone, tuba, cornet, flugelhorn, tenor horn, baritone horn and euphonium.
