EDI programme research moves to second phase
A Chamber Music Scotland EDI Development Programme, which is being undertaken by brass musician and educator Helen Douthwaite-Teasdale in conjunction with tuba player Danielle Price – see original story – has moved into its second phase.
The two researchers would like to hear directly from young people learning a brass instrument in P1–S6 across Scotland, whether they are just starting out or already playing regularly.
“We are keen to hear from people learning in all different settings, every experience matters, whether the young person has had access to lots opportunities or faced barriers,” says Helen.
Details of the survey can be found here.
