Thursday 18 January 2024

The Scottish Brass Band Association has signed up to the Green Arts Initiative for 2024, a flourishing network of over 450 members that has a new Charter to build a stronger community with a clear and unified direction towards transformational change.

Through joining this initiative, SBBA members are able to avail themselves of training opportunities provided by Creative Carbon Scotland.

As climate change brings more disruption, organisations need to become more prepared to manage the risks and become more resilient to a changing climate.

Member bands themselves may wish to consider to joining this initiative.
