Dalmellington Band launches renewed patron scheme

As Coronavirus restrictions on public gatherings are gradually relaxed, bands are looking forward to the prospect of returning to some form of normality – and that includes investigating ways of replacing lost income over the past 12 months.

One such band is Dalmellington which has launched a refreshed patron scheme to help raise badly needed funds.

The renewed scheme comprises a tiered system of Bronze, Silver and Gold levels of patronage (see illustration). There is now also a dedicated email address for enquiries about the scheme which is patrons@dalmellingtonband.com in addition to a new phone contact number – 07451 230201 – for any questions or queries about anything relating to the band.

This year’s band AGM will take place on Tuesday 6 April via Zoom, starting at 8pm. If anyone is interested in attending they are asked to email media@dalmellingtonband.com or call the phone number above.
