SBBA Apprentice Adjudicators
The Scottish Brass Band Association is looking for people to take part in our new SBBA Apprentice Adjudicator Scheme.
At four major events throughout the year, the Scottish Championships in March, the West Lothian Festival of Brass in June, the Scottish Open and at the Scottish Youth Brass Band Championships in November, there will be opportunities for the SBBA Apprentice Adjudicators to shadow the adjudicators, make their own assessments and write remarks about all the bands performances, and to discuss these with the adjudicators before and after the contest.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wishes to take up adjudication to gain experience and insight into the process and practicalities involved through hands on experience and in consultation with the adjudicators working at these SBBA events.
For more details and to apply to the scheme, please contact Andrew Duncan - andrewduncan@sbba.org.uk
