Las Vegas Comes to Johnstone
Johnstone Band are having a Casino Night on Saturday 20th August. The venue - Johnstone Town Hall (the smaller hall called the 'lesser town hall'.) Tickets are ?3, to buy tickets or for more info email ticketrequest@johnstonesilver.co.uk
On your arrival at the casino night, you can buy fun money. You can use your fun money to purchase chips. The chips are the currency used for playing at the roulette and blackjack tables. The aim is to get as many chips as possible through skillful (or just downright lucky!) betting. At the end of the evening, the overall winner is the person who has the most amount of chips. He/she will receive a prize.
We need loads of support for this event due to the overheads to cover before we can start raising money towards supporting our trip to the Nationals in Harrogate.
We'll be running our own bar and so there will be cheap drinks!
Please note that due to new council regulations this event will be held in a smoke free zone, but please don't let that put you off - the doors are a mere 2 steps away.
