Mactaggart Scott ready for home town concert

Mactaggart Scott Loanhead Band is preparing to perform in concert.
THE good times are to continue for Mactaggart Scott Loanhead Band as it prepares to perform at a concert in Midlothian.
Building on a strong performance at the Fife Brass Band Festival in April, the band is to play at its Friends of the Band event in Loanhead Miners' Welfare Club on May 25 at 7.30pm.
The senior band will be conducted by Musical Director Kenny Letham while the junior bands will be led by Iain Mundy, who took on the role while regular conductor Alan Fernie worked with Brass for Africa in Uganda.
