Yamaha to sponsor adjudicator for Borders Entertainment Contest
The Scottish Borders Brass Band Association (SBBBA) has announced that Yamaha is sponsoring an adjudicator for November’s Borders Entertainment Contest.
The contest brings together brass bands from Sections 2 to 4 across Scotland and beyond, showcasing diverse and engaging programmes designed to entertain audiences.
Stuart Black, SBBBA chairman, said: “We are grateful to Yamaha for their support in bringing an adjudicator to our event. There has been a great relationship between Yamaha and the Borders brass band scene for some time now and we are delighted we can get that support once again to engage someone who will give expert feedback to all our participating bands."
Entries are now invited for this year’s contest, to be held at Jedburgh Town Hall on Saturday 1 November. Bands interested in entering are encouraged to register their interest.
