The Co retains the top Fife Festival title – again!

the cooperation band made it a hat-trick of consecutive wins when they successfully defended their Fife Brass Band Festival title in the Lochgelly Centre, Lochgelly, last Saturday with a programme of music based on The Silk Road by Simon Dobson.

Conducted by Katrina Marzella Wheeler, the band was a clear victor, beating second-placed Kingdom Brass by three points. Taking the third spot was Lochgelly, the top First Section band who were deemed to have played the most entertaining set.
