Contesting line-up of 52 bands in this year’s Scottish Championships

Fifty-two bands will be competing in this year’s Scottish Championships – the regional qualifying contest for the finals of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain – which will take place in Perth Concert Hall on the weekend of 8/9 March.

2025 marks a significant year for the Scottish Brass Band Association as it celebrates its 130th anniversary.

On the Saturday, the Second, Third and First sections will be held in that order while on the next day, the Fourth section bands will take to the stage ahead of five entries in the non-contesting Section 4b and then the Championship section.
