Charlie’s weekend of double delight
Congratulations to Charlie Boax on her winning ways at the weekend.
After being crowned the Scottish Under 16 Solo Champion on Saturday she performed the next day in the Rotary Finals at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Charlie, who plays principal baritone with Whitburn Band, competed against ten young Rotary winners from all over Scotland and was awarded overall winner. She will now compete in the Grand Finals in Chetham's School of Music at the end of April.
