Advent Calendar of Carols: The Kirkintilloch Band – Who is He?
Like everyone else, the Kirkintilloch Band has been seriously impacted by the COVID-19 restrictions. Members are missing rehearsing and performing so much!
However, musical director Gareth Bowman has done a fantastic job in preparing innovative online rehearsals every week and players have done a few other recording projects and held social activities to keep everyone as engaged as possible.
It’s not a substitute for the real thing though and the team can’t wait to get back to the band hall as early as it’s safe to do so.
Meanwhile, everyone at Kirkie wishes all of members, families and friends all the best for a happy Christmas and a safe, peaceful new year. For your enjoyment, here is their seasonal contribution to our Advent Calendar – Who is He?
