Brass Central Strathearn on hunt for players
BRASS Central Strathearn, a non-contesting band based in Crieff, is on the lookout for new players.
Conducted by Kenny Letham, the outfit meets in Ardvreck School on Thursday evenings from 6.30pm until 8pm. At present, the band performs at around 20 engagements per year including summer fetes and carol singing. All levels of brass and percussion players are welcome to get involved in the group, which includes youngsters of school age to pensioners who come from Auchterarder, Comrie, Crieff and Muthill.
