Irvine & Dreghorn Band Christmas Concert & Open Day
Irvine and Dreghorn Brass are pleased to announce that we will be holding our annual Christmas concert on Sunday 14th December at 6.15pm at Woodlands Primary School, Woodlands Avenue, Irvine. KA12 OPU.
Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for kids. The concert will feature our senior band, great music, a raffle & festive food and drink. It will also showcase the wonderful talent of our training and beginner bands!!
This is a concert not to be missed. You can get tickets from any band member or you can call Kelda on 07875 426329. Limited tickets will be available on the door on the night.
Irvine and Dreghorn are the only competing brass band in the whole of North Ayrshire, and practice on Wednesday and Sundays and as well as the senior band who competed at the weekend we have a focussed youth programme in place to train and develop youngsters from beginner level, up.
We'd love to see some new faces at any of the bands, and so we will be holding an open day between 12-4 on Sunday 11 January at our Bandhall in Woodlands Pavillion, Woodlands Avenue, Irvine. Perhaps you know a young person who is interested in playing a brass instrument or perhaps you used to play and wish you had never given up? We'd love to see you! See www.idbrass.com for more information on us and for contact details.
