Section 4B at the Scottish Championships
It has been proposed that the Fourth section of the 2014 Scottish Championships has an extra section to accommodate those bands that may find it difficult to compete at the Scottish Championship due to a lack of players or the choice of test piece.
Bands in the 4b section will require to play a 15 minute own choice programme. There will be no registration and no entry fee. The top placed band will receive a rehearsal taken by the adjudicator and there will be other awards sponsored by Band Supplies and Just Music.
The 4b section will take place between the First and Championship sections on the Sunday 9th March 2014 in the Perth Concert Hall.
