Can you help organise a concert in 2013?

Subject: Concert Request.
I am writing to you with a special request.
We have the privilege of being asked by the MSU (Michigan State University) Alumni Band to arrange their farewell tour to the UK in the summer of 2013. The band is one of America's best and most enduring brass bands and has been performing concerts across the USA and around the Globe for nearly four decades.
The band (around 80 members) comprises recent top flight graduates from MSU's renowned music school, alongside graduates from the last five decades, many of whom have gone on to forge careers as professional musicians.
The band performs together several times a year, and once every three years undertakes a tour to a different part of the world. During the last 20 years, the band has toured the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France and most recently, Canada.
They will be returning to the UK in 2013 from 16th June - 24th June 2013 to mark the retirement of the director.
The band is keen to repeat the success of their first concert tour and play some fantastic venues to receive warm welcomes. To that end we would like to seek an opportunity to perform a couple of concerts with some of your Brass Bands in Scotland . The dates and locations we have in mind are as follows and would really welcome any suggestions you would have for our client.
18th June 2013 - Edinburgh
21st June 2013 - Inverness
We realise that certain regulations and procedures may apply and we are happy to comply wherever possible. The band seeks no payment and we are happy to cover costs that arise where necessary. To attest to their quality, we can provide backup materials including bio's, photographs and recordings. As a guideline, their concerts generally feature a variety of repertoire, which will include classics from the serious side to light pop music and even Dixieland and jazz. The concerts focus on a fast paced fun program that will feature something for everyone.
We do hope that you'll be able to accommodate them and make this tour to the UK as a memorable one for them and their director.
