2012 Youth Brass Awards Broadcast
I am not sure if you were aware or not but the BBC2 Youth Brass Awards for 2012 were broadcast on Wednesday with the Carnoustie & District Youth Brass Band and my son Ross, who also plays with the band selected as two of the three finalists. Ross went on to win the overall award.
If you didn't know it was on or didn't get a chance to listen, here is the link to the programme.
It is well worth an hour of your life to listen as the standard of all the players is outstanding..
