Replay Kingdom Concert on You Tube
Hi everyone,
All the video from our 2010 Annual Concert is now available to view on the band's YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/KingdomBrass
It really was a fantastic night, and the culmination of 8 months of planning, fundraising and hard work by the Senior Band, Junior Band and Percussion Academy.
With a top 4 finish at the Scottish Championships, victory at the Carnegie Invitation Contest, the band making its debut at The Grand Shield in Blackpool, our qualification for the final of the West Lothian Challenge and of course our invitation to represent Scotland at the 2011 European Championships in Montreux, we hope you'll agree it's been a tremendous 2010 so far for Kingdom Brass.
I'd like to thank everyone involved with the concert for their input; Andrew Duncan, Anne Crookston and Lynsey Paterson for their leadership, all of the junior and senior players for their hard work, the committees who organise everything behind the scenes, our sponsors for assisting us throughout the year, our partners at Fife Council and Creative Scotland for their fantastic support, the parents who bring their young players along week in week out, and of course everyone who came along to the concert to experience what we're trying to build at Kingdom Brass. Our final audience figure was almost 550, a crowd that many senior football teams struggle to achieve and one that's set to continue to grow.
We hope you enjoy the video from the concert, and we'll see you at next year's Annual Concert.
