Entries invited for the 2026 Scottish Festival of Brass senior contests

Entry forms are now available for the two senior contests in the 2026 Scottish Festival of Brass which will be taking place at the Perth Concert Hall on Saturday 21 and Saturday 28 November.

Bands will perform their own choice of test piece for both contests for which there will be closed adjudication by two judges who will be announced at a later date.

The Band Supplies Scottish Challenge will be on the first of the two Saturdays, heralding the start of the two-weekend festival. The competition is open to bands in Sections 1-4 and will begin at 9.30am on 21 November. There will be a split draw for order of play at 8.30am and 12 noon.

The Scottish Open Championship, supported by Besson for championship section bands, will commence at 11.15am after a 10am draw on 28 November.
