Youth Ambassador Programme launched by the Benedetti Foundation

The Benedetti Foundation has announced an exciting opportunity for young musicians with the launch of a Youth Ambassador Programme which is a free 10-week leadership and career development programme for players aged 15–18 across the UK.

Through mentoring, guest speakers and hands-on learning experiences, participants gain valuable insight into careers in music and the wider creative industries while building confidence, leadership skills and professional networks.

The programme includes:
• Five small-group mentoring sessions
• Four guest speaker sessions with industry professionals
• One in-person workshop day
• Opportunities to connect with peers from across the UK.

The initiative is particularly suitable for young people who are:
• Passionate about music and creativity
• Interested in exploring future career pathways
• Looking to develop confidence, communication and leadership skills
• Keen to connect with like-minded young musicians from throughout Britain.
