Martyn Turnbull funeral to be livestreamed
Monday 1 June 2026The funeral of Martyn Turnbull will be livestreamed tomorrow for those who cannot attend in person.
The service will be at 2pm at Mortonhall Crematorium, Edinburgh, at which the wearing of bright colours and band uniform is encouraged.
A 15-strong ensemble will be playing at the funeral, including a number of brass banders. One of the music items will be a specially-written piece by Paul Drury, entitled Smile, as a tribute to Martyn who was affectionately known as ‘Chuckles’.
The service will be followed by refreshments at the Scottish capital’s Braid Hills Hotel.
