Martyn Turnbull funeral arrangements announced

The passing of Martyn Turnbull, a key member of the SN Percussion team, last month came as a shock to many of his friends and colleagues in the Scottish brass band community.

Martyn was a regular member of SN Percussion’s stage management and delivery team, doing what he loved, always with a smile on his face.

Sarah Naish commented: “We were devastated to learn of his death. He was a big part of our SN Percussion family, a gentle giant who loved being in banding.”

Martyn’s funeral will be at 2pm on Tuesday 2 June at Mortonhall Crematorium, Edinburgh.
