A moment of pride for Arbroath & Carnoustie Band

It was a proud moment for members of Arbroath & Carnoustie Band on Sunday when Northern Counties Brass Band Association president Jim Wishart dropped in at their band hall during a full-day rehearsal for the Scottish Championships to hand over the 2025 Scottish Fourth Section Band of the Year banner and special award to musical director Neill McDonald and chairperson Ann Ness.
