Carrie in TV interview about West of Scotland contest

Tune in to That’s TV Ayrshire at 5.45pm today to hear SBBA president Carrie Boax talk about the forthcoming West of Scotland entertainment contest in Troon.

The TV station also airs on Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter).

Seventeen bands will be taking to the stage at the Walker Halls, Troon, to compete in the West of Scotland entertainment contest on Saturday 30 August.

Entry is £8 for the whole day’s entertainment. Doors open at 9am and the first band will play 30 minutes later.

As well as snacks being on sale, there will be a bar for the first time.
