A spokesperson for Kinneil said: “Securing both Paul and Allan as our conducting team and our new relationship with Unite Scotland promises to bring a refreshed and exciting future for the band.

“Paul is very familiar face within the Kinneil family and we are excited to start our new partnership with the band’s annual concert in Fisons Bo’ness on Thursday 29 May.

“The band would like to thank our previous resident conductor Joshua Parkhill for his hard work over the last two years and wish him all the best for the future.”
