Tyler is another Scottish Young Musicians finalist

Very well done to yet another rising brass star who has qualified for the finals of the Scottish Young Musicians competition.

Tenor horn player Tyler Clark, who is a member of Kirkintilloch Kelvin Brass, won the West Lothian heat of the event and will join Luke Parkhill, of Newmilns & Galston Band, Ash Paton, who plays with Renfrew Burgh and Riverside Youth bands, and Newtongrange Silver Band ‘s Alex Robertson, in the final stage of the competition in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on Sunday 25 May.

Tyler is also a member of the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland senior band.
