Coalburn all set for annual quiz night

Coalburn Brass Band will hold its annual quiz night this coming Friday, 23 March, with an invitation to 'brass banders' from across the country to join in the fun.

An regular event in Coalburn's annual calendar, the quiz will be held at St. John's Parish Hall in Blackwood, with proceedings getting underway at 7.30pm.

Band President Alan Court commented: "The Coalburn brass band family are delighted to announce the return of our quiz night on Friday. There will be a bar and raffle and a fun night is guaranteed! We would like to extend an especially warm welcome to all of our brass band friends."
