Cory Band to appear with Whitburn in Edinburgh
Wednesday 14 February 2018The Cory Band is to extend its visit to Scotland in April by adding a second concert to its itinerary, joining Scottish Champion Whitburn band on stage in Edinburgh on 5 April.
Following Cory's involvement with the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland's (NYBBS) Easter Course and concert at Perth Concert Hall on Wednesday 4 April, the world's number one ranked band is set to join high-flying Whitburn the following evening at the iconic St. Cuthbert's Church on Edinburgh's Lothian Road.
Whitburn Band President David Kinross commented: "It's a fantastic opportunity to see the number one band in the world alongside Whitburn for the first time in concert together."
