Appendix IV
Rules of the Scottish Brass Band Registry

Registry Fees
Fees payable in respect of services provided by the Registry, as at 1 January 2004, are as follows:-

	Refranking of cards	£55 for all cards submitted together. Where any card is subsequently and separately submitted for refranking, an additional charge will be £4 per card is payable.
	New Registration	£4 – registration effective 28 days after receipt of the fee and all other items required.
	New Registration (within 28 days)	£40 – registration effective 3 days after receipt of the fee and all other items required.
	Transfer	£4
	Change of band name	£20
	Duplicate card	£4
	Replacement photo	No charge
	Change of Player’s Name	No charge

Fees are subject to review and alteration by the Committee from time to time. Any alterations will be notified to bands in minutes of meetings of the Committee.
