Rules of the Scottish Brass Band Registry
| 1. |
All Contest Registration Cards require to be re-franked each year with the Official Seal of the Registry. For this purpose each band is required to return all cards to the Registry not later than the date shown on the cards. | |

Failure to have cards re-franked will result in players no longer qualifying to contest with the band, and, if any cards are not re-franked after the date shown on the card, the players will be free to register with any other band. | |
3. |
An Annual Renewal Fee of £55.00 per band (or such other sum as may be set by the Committee from time to time) will be due to be paid when renewing the registration. This fee will cover all cards submitted together for players currently registered at the date of renewal. Any card submitted at a later date will require to be accompanied by a fee of £4.00 per card (or such other fee as may be set by the Committee from time to time). |
