Rules of the Scottish Brass Band Registry

Change of Band Secretary

1.		When a change of band secretary takes place, it is the duty of the band committee to ensure that the registration cards of all players registered with the band are checked and placed in the custody of the new secretary.
2.		The committee must also ensure that both the Association Secretary and the Registrar are notified of the name, full address (including post-code) and telephone number of the new secretary.
