Rules of the Scottish Brass Band Registry

Lost Bandsman’s Registration Card

1.		Where a player’s Registration Card has been lost for any reason, the band secretary will notify the Registrar, quoting the registration number, and enclosing an Official Registration Card, (as for a new registration), with one passport size photograph.
2.		The Registrar will check the information against his file copy and, if in order, will issue a duplicate player’s Registration Card.
3.		If the original card is subsequently found, it must be returned to the registry for cancellation.
