If the officials in charge of any contest are satisfied that a band is wilfully violating any rule they shall endeavour to prevent the band from playing. | |

Any band official, player, bandmaster or conductor interfering with, threatening or using abusive language towards an adjudicator, official or attendant or who by such misconduct brings the Association or his band into discredit will be liable to suspension, or fine not exceeding £250.00, or both. | |

If at any time the officials in charge of a contest are of the opinion that a player or conductor is unfit to take part in the contest they shall have the power to prevent the player or conductor from appearing on the contest platform. | |

Any charge of misconduct against any band official, player, bandmaster or conductor will be dealt with by a sub committee of the full committee operating under the provisions of the section of these rules headed "Protests and Appeals" and, subject to the maximum level of fine being £250.00 and not as stated therein, the terms of the said section of these rules, including all rights of appeal, will apply to any such charge of misconduct brought against an individual. |
