Entry Forms and Fees

		All entries must be made on official entry forms and in the case of small ensembles the names of the players must be stated. Entry fees as stated in the prospectus must accompany the entry form.
		In contests for member bands, registration details must be entered and registration rules will apply insofar as applicable.
