General Rules

1.		In the event of any situation arising not covered by the constitution, the contest rules and the rules of the Scottish Brass Band Registry, the committee shall have the power to deal with this and its decision shall be final and binding.
2.		These rules and the copyright therein are the property of the Association. No organisation will be entitled to publish or reproduce these rules, in whole or in part, without the permission of the Committee.
