CONTEST RULES

Version effective from 1 January 2005

Number and position of players on platform

1.		No band will be allowed to compete with more than twenty-five or less than sixteen brass players plus percussionists as required by the score. This rule will not apply if and insofar as a waiver may be granted by the Committee for events which do not require normal registration procedures.
2.		Conductors will not play an instrument with the band they are conducting.
