CONTEST RULES

Version effective from 1 January 2005

Entries

1.		Bands must inform the appropriate contest secretary of their intention to take part in any contest by returning the entry form duly completed, not later than the closing date for entries as stated in the contest schedule and entry form.
2.		Any band entered for a contest finding that through unforeseen circumstances it is unable to compete shall endeavour to notify the secretary of the contest no later than the morning of the day 7 days prior to that on which the contest is to be held.
3.		No refund of entry fee will be given.
