Hawick Seek New Direction

Hawick Saxhorn Band is currently seeking a bandmaster following the announcement that its longest-ever serving bandmaster Robert Hume is to step down after 22 years in the post. Rob will continue as conductor of the Hawick junior band and is also to take on the junior section of Jedforest Instrumental Band in addition to his role as conductor of the Borders Youth Orchestra.
