New bass trombone for Bathgate

CELEBRATIONS are in order for Bathgate Band after it received a new bass trombone.
The West Lothian band received the Conn instrument after it was purchased with funding from Comic Relief and West Lothian Council.
Reflecting on the award, a spokeswoman for Bathgate Band said: "We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to both Comic Relief and West Lothian Council for their generous funding. The bass trombone will help the band with the continuation of our development and improvement programme."
